The Dead Girls Video Project: Episode 1 is entitled Band Fights!

This is just a small sample of the petty goings-on behind the scenes of any rock band. Footage was taken from the JayRock benefit at the Uptown Theater in Kansas City, Feb. 12, 2010.

You can now pre-order The Dead Girls – “Out Of Earshot” LP/digital copy at Rocket Heart Records.

We have limited edition orange vinyl and classic black vinyl. Each copy contains a digital download card for the entire album and is packaged in a full-color gatefold cover.

Being that this is our first LP, we are doing something special for everyone who pre-orders their copy between today and March 29. Pre-order now and you’ll get your copy on or before April 1, just in time to catch The Dead Girls play a series of record release shows April 1 -3. After that, you’ll have to wait until April 6 to buy it in select stores and online retailers.

Dead Girls rock with Thieves and Generationals for a good cause

untitled-1The JayDoc free health clinic in Kansas City rules. It’s as simple as that.

Last year, Ultimate Fakebook rocked the Uptown Theater for the JayRock benefit with The Republic Tigers, and this year its The Dead Girls.

On February 12 at the Uptown Theater, we’ll be playing with two awesome bands, New Orleans’ Generationals and KC rockers Thieves.

We’ll be playing lots of new songs from our upcoming 2010 LP “Out of Earshot” (we swear it’s coming out in two months!) and we’ll be raising money for a great cause.

Together, rock will do what the politicians cannot seem to do and help provide free healthcare for people in KC who really need it. The show starts at 7pm and it will be the coolest thing you’ll do all month. Come out and say “hi”!
